AnyWay’s Natural Soil Stabilizer (ANSS) Builds on Its Success in Kenya by Meeting the KEBS Standard

The Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) has established a national performance standard to be applied to hydraulic binders before they can be approved for use in stabilization projects in Kenyan road infrastructure. AnyWay Solid Environmental Solutions, together with other leading manufacturers and engineering firms, participated with KEBS in the process of developing this standard, which is based on European models. AnyWay’s stabilization technology (ANSS) has now been confirmed as meeting the KEBS standard for hydraulic binders. This confirmation is an addition to the recent formal approval of ANSS by the Materials Branch for use in road construction projects in Kenya. The process involved an extremely thorough evaluation that took six years to complete and included lab testing as well as field testing. ANSS along with cement and lime are the only stabilizers to be approved for use on all road levels in Kenya.
