The Philippine Constructors Association (PCA) and the International Federation of Asian and Western Pacific Contractors’ Association, Inc. (IFAWPCA) created the forum on Implementing Resilient and Sustainable to bring together both local and international policymakers, experts, professionals, and stakeholders from various sectors to discuss and address the challenges and opportunities related to the development and implementation of resilient and sustainable infrastructure.
