Her expertise also includes flood intelligence and resilient infrastructure, including the development of the Hydro Intelligence System (HIS) through Artea Green Ventures.

Dr. David Jones, Director, DJones Consult & Emeritus Research Engineer, Uc Pavement Research Center

Dr. David Jones brings extensive research and engineering experience from the UC Pavement Research Center, where he worked on climate-resilient road and airfield design, pavement recycling, recycled materials and pavement investigations. He continues to provide specialist consultancy in cold pavement recycling and low-volume road engineering.

Alex Campbell, Independent Consultant — Moderator

With more than two decades of international experience across Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, Alex Campbell has worked on strategic road, bridge and transport corridor projects in challenging environments. His expertise includes drainage and flood resilience design, geotechnical and pavement engineering, and the use of data analytics and remote sensing to improve infrastructure performance.
